To facilitate a smooth transition into the workforce for its students, Asia University (AU) grandly held the "2026 Asia University International Student Career Fair" on May 6th. The event, situated along the scenic boulevard in front of the Administration Building, was co-organized by the Office of International Affairs and the Career Development and Placement Center of the Office of Student Affairs. The fair drew a large crowd of both domestic and international students, infusing the campus with vibrant energy and career aspirations.

To offer students a diverse range of career paths, the fair invited premium enterprises from various sectors to set up recruitment booths. In addition to high-quality engineering and technical roles offered by semiconductor giant Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL), the participating industries spanned healthcare, hospitality, consultancy, and social welfare. Notable participants included the InterContinental Taichung, Wilderness Collective Co., Ltd., Heyin Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and the Chen-Chou Grandma Social Welfare Foundation.

The atmosphere at the venue was buzzing with excitement, as students crowded around booths to inquire about opportunities. Hospitality and leisure industry representatives, such as InterContinental Taichung (Booth 73) and Wilderness Collective (Booth 77), saw significant engagement from students eager to learn about corporate culture and job specifications. Professional representatives provided enthusiastic guidance on interview techniques and career prospects, offering students a rare chance to engage in direct dialogue with industry leaders.

The event concluded with the organizing team and a diverse group of students gathering for a commemorative photo in front of the fair’s main visual banner, celebrating the fulfillment of a successful recruitment season at Asia University.
