1. Suggestions / Feedback on University Affairs
If you have any suggestions regarding the affairs of our university (Asia University), please first contact the relevant office, department, or unit supervisor according to the nature of the matter for immediate handling.
For example:
- Admissions → Office of Admissions (ext. 3123)
- Course Registration → Office of Academic Affairs (ext. 3131)
- Dormitory Management / Student Safety → Office of Student Affairs (ext. 3201)
- Repairs / Facilities → Office of General Affairs (ext. 3330)
- Network / Information Systems → Office of Information Technology (ext. 3515)
2. Using the President's Mailbox
If you have contacted the relevant departments but have not received a response or resolution, you are welcome to use the President's Mailbox to express your opinions. To ensure service quality, efficiency, and proper follow-up, please be sure to provide relevant information. For students’ parents, please include your child’s department, class, name, and your contact information. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the information you provide will be properly protected.
3. Situations in Which Requests Cannot Be Accepted
- Personal information (name, contact details) is not provided correctly.
- Lacking specific details (people, events, time, location, or objects).
- Use of inappropriate language or involvement of false accusations.
- Repeated submissions regarding the same incident that has already been addressed.
4. Personal Data Collection Statement and Terms of Service
- Our university (Asia University) collects your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and related laws. In line with the university’s privacy protection policy, your personal data will be collected, processed, and used.
- The following personal data may be provided as needed: name, phone number, and email address to identify you.
- You agree that the university may use the personal data you provide to verify your identity, contact you, provide you with relevant university services and information, and for other uses as specified in the privacy protection policy.
- In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, you may request the university to: (1) access or review your personal data, (2) obtain a copy, (3) supplement or correct your personal data, (4) suspend the collection, processing, or use of your personal data, or (5) request deletion of your personal data.
- You are free to choose whether to provide your personal data to the university. However, if the personal data you provide is insufficient to verify your identity, or involves impersonation, misuse, or inaccurate information, the university will not process it.
- You understand that this consent complies with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and related regulations, and serves as your written agreement for the university to collect, process, and use your personal data.
