The President of AU, Jeffrey J.P. Tsai said that AU has been granted “awards of teaching excellence” by the Ministry of Education (MOE) since 2006 because of the teaching efforts of the teachers. It has also been ranked to be among the top universities in Taiwan every year by the Global Views Monthly magazine and Cheers magazine. About student recruiting this year, AU, whose rate is 99.17%, is ranked top in 36 private universities in Taiwan.

President Tsai said that AU was listed in the international ranking of the THE for the first time in 2014, and then still remains in the list this year. AU has entered nine ranking lists of the THE reports and obtained global visibility, establishing a good foundation for internationalization.
